I am a fifth-year PhD candidate in the Economics department at Michigan State University. I will be on the job market for the 2018-2019 academic year.
My fields of interest are in the areas of econometrics and industrial organizations.
My dissertation "Trade-Offs in Non-linear Models and Estimation Strategies" looks at the implications of compromises in assumptions for non-linear models. These compromises can be made for identification, ease of estimation or interpretation. I plan on making clear the implications of possibly restrictive assumptions.
